Standard DHL shipping takes 5-7 business days within Europe. Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available at checkout. Orders over €200 qualify for free standard shipping.

You can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Custom and bespoke orders are non-returnable.

Our kimonos are designed with a relaxed, flowing fit. We offer sizes S through XL. For custom orders, we work directly with your measurements. Please refer to our size guide on each product page, or contact us for personalized assistance.

We use only the finest natural fabrics: Japanese silk, Egyptian cotton, and European linen. Each fabric is carefully selected for its beauty, drape, and longevity. All our materials are ethically sourced.

Silk kimonos should be dry-cleaned or hand-washed in cold water with a gentle detergent. Cotton and linen kimonos can be machine-washed on a delicate cycle. Always hang to dry and iron on low heat. Store in the included dust bag.
